I am a Chepstow based photographer with over 10 years professional experience in the industry, (including first class honours degree in Photographic Art) I own and run a professional fully fitted Photography Studio which is situated in the heart of Chepstow, South Wales. Being a photographer I find myself being influenced by anything and everything, from fashion and editorial looks to culture and architecture. I am a creative, and pride myself on making each clients sessions individual and personal to them.

I was born in rural South Wales, and left the lovely welsh countryside to live and work in London as a photographer.  I have worked for a broad range of big photographic companies, from Pixie Photos and Venture, to running waking photography tours of London, my experiences at these establishments have  developed my personal photographic style, as well as showing my all sides of the industry.  My photography has led me work with the likes of Rankin, and taken me to amazing locations including Estonia and Russia. But it was the idea of bringing a part of the big city home and providing the area with a creative and artistic service from the heart which lead me to open my studio in Chepstow.

My Photographic Style

As a photographer my approach is to capture true emotion that can be gone in the blink of an eye. The secret to getting this comes from  taking the time to create a good relationship with each of my clients. Trust is an important part of being a photographer!

My friendly nature seems to put people at ease in front of the camera and allows them to be truly themselves. From the grumpy old man to the cheeky two year old, when you look back at your images you say, “oh that’s just what they are like”.

I adore clean fresh images that are timeless and not just show the beauty on the outside but on the inside too. My influences come from fashion and culture and my stylized portraits have an editorial feel to them.
